Who we are and who this applies to

Guia Bombinhas is a digital guide to the Bombinhas peninsula, run by Bombinhas Oficial. Contact: contato@bombinhasoficial.com.br.

If you only read the guide, you do not need to accept anything beyond common sense. If you enter the panel to list a place, an event or a coupon, you accept these terms and the privacy policy, and you must be 18 or legally represent the business.

What the guide is and is not

The guide gathers information for visitors and residents. We do not sell or book anything, we are not part of the relationship between you and the businesses, and we are not responsible for the service, price or quality of what each business offers.

Information without guarantee

Opening hours, prices, phone numbers and events are provided by the merchants themselves or collected by the team, and may change without notice. That is why the guide tells you to check before you go.

The sea, wind and sun forecast comes from a global model (Open-Meteo). It is not a measurement at the beach and does not replace the Brazilian Navy tide table, the flags, the lifeguards, Civil Defense warnings or your own common sense. Labeling a beach calm, moderate or rough is a help, not a safety guarantee. Trails and tours carry risks: assess the weather, your preparation and the conditions before you set out.

Safety notices published by the team outweigh any calculation, and no paid plan affects them.

Merchant sign-up and access

• Access is by a link sent to your e-mail. You are responsible for what happens to your inbox and must not pass the link on.
• List only businesses and events that you run or are authorized to list. Anyone who pretends to be another person or business may be blocked.
• Requests to manage a place that is already in the guide are checked by the team.
• Each organizer may have up to 5 active events at a time. The first event goes through review.

What you may not publish

You may not publish false or misleading information, illegal, offensive or discriminatory content, spam, personal data of others without authorization, or photos or texts you have no right to use. Coupons and offers must be honored by the merchant who created them.

Photos and texts you upload

You remain the owner of what you upload. By publishing it, you give Guia Bombinhas a free, non-exclusive license to display, reproduce, resize, convert, translate and promote that content in the guide and its channels, while it is published and for a reasonable time afterward so that removal can complete.

You state that you have the right to use what you upload and the permission of the people who appear in the photos. If someone complains, you are responsible for the content.

Review, hiding and removal

Some changes (name, phone, WhatsApp, removal request) only take effect after the team checks them. We may refuse, correct, hide or remove any content that breaks these terms, is reported or puts people at risk, with or without prior notice. A place taken out of the guide is only hidden, and may return if the removal was a mistake.

Paid plans

The Destaque and Premium plans, and featuring an event, are paid by Pix, inside the panel itself. When you ask for a plan, the site makes a Pix with a QR code and a copy and paste code, valid for 1 hour. If it expires unpaid, nothing is charged and you can make another.

Payment is processed by Mercado Pago. The guide does not receive or keep your bank account details. When Mercado Pago confirms the payment, the plan turns on automatically and we send a confirmation e-mail.

Prices: Destaque, R$ 89 for 30 days; Premium, R$ 249 for 30 days; featuring an event, R$ 49 per event. The 30 days count from the confirmation of the payment. If you renew before the plan ends, the new period starts the day after the current one ends, so you lose no day. Some places may have a discount agreed with the team, which already shows in the price displayed before payment. Prices may change, and a change does not affect a period already paid.

The Premium plan includes a banner on one screen, except the Home. Extra screens cost, per month, R$ 79 per general screen, R$ 69 per Explore category and R$ 149 for the Home, and are charged by Pix when the banner is approved. The banner is only live while the Premium is valid and the extras are paid. Every banner is approved by the team, which may refuse it. If you edit the screens of an approved banner, it goes back to review, and amounts already paid are not refunded.

We send an e-mail 5 days and 1 day before a plan ends. Renewal is not automatic: nothing is charged unless you make and pay a new Pix.

A plan gives the "Partner" badge, a better position in the lists and the other benefits described on the Plans screen, during the paid period. It never changes safety information (sea, trails), the order of beaches, trails, viewpoints and natural pools, and it does not buy reviews.

Requests for a refund or cancellation must be sent to contato@bombinhasoficial.com.br. We look at each case according to the law.

The site does not issue an invoice automatically. If you need an invoice, ask at contato@bombinhasoficial.com.br, giving your CPF or CNPJ.

Availability

We do our best to keep the guide online, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Offline mode shows the last copy saved on the device, which may be out of date. We may change or end features of the guide.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Guia Bombinhas is not responsible for decisions made based on the guide, for third-party information or for damage caused by the listed businesses, events and services. This does not exclude liability that the law does not allow to be excluded, such as that under the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code.

Privacy

How personal data is handled is described in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.

Changes to the terms

When these terms change in a relevant way, the date above changes and merchants must accept the new version to keep using the panel.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. Questions that cannot be settled by talking will be brought to the courts of the state of Santa Catarina, in the district of the seat of the party named above, except for the consumer's own venue where the law grants it.
