Who we are and what My itinerary is

My itinerary is a paid service of Guia Bombinhas, run by Bombinhas Oficial. Contact: contato@bombinhasoficial.com.br.

You answer questions about your trip and get an itinerary as a PDF, with one day per page, times, the way to each place, the weather forecast when there is one and a rainy day plan. You must be 18 to buy.

How the itinerary is made

The itinerary is put together automatically, from the Guia Bombinhas registry of places and from your answers. It has exactly the days between your arrival and your departure, counting both, up to a maximum of 10 days.

Nobody writes the itinerary by hand for you, so it is a suggestion. Answers such as food restrictions, spending range and the special request show up as reminders and tips in the file, but they do not filter the places: check the menu and the price with each business.

Information without guarantee

Opening hours, prices and service change, especially on holidays and in high season. Confirm with the place before you go.

The weather forecast comes from a global model (Open-Meteo), exists only for the next 16 days and can change. For the other days the file only has the rainy day plan. It does not replace the beach flags, the lifeguards, Civil Defense warnings or your own judgment.

Trails, the sea and tours carry risk. The decision to do each thing is yours, and a safety notice from the Guide counts for more than any itinerary. We do not sell or book tours and we are not part of the relationship between you and the businesses.

Price and payment

The price depends only on how many days your trip has. It is worked out from the dates you give and shown on the itinerary home page and before payment, always after you see the preview.

Payment is by Pix only, made through Mercado Pago. The Pix code is valid for 60 minutes and after that you need to create another. We do not accept cards and we do not keep your bank details.

Delivery and what happens to the file

• When the Pix is confirmed, the PDF is generated within moments, is available to download on screen and is sent, attached, to the email you gave.
• The email you type is the only destination of the file. That is why we ask you to type it twice. A wrong address cannot be fixed afterwards.
• We keep no backup. The file and your answers stay on the order page for 72 hours after delivery and are then deleted, with no way to recover them.
• An order you did not pay for is deleted after 24 hours. Save the PDF and the email as soon as you receive them.

Refunds

• If the PDF is not generated within 30 minutes after payment, we refund the amount by Pix, automatically, to whoever paid.
• If the same order is paid twice, the second payment is refunded.
• Once the PDF is delivered there is no refund, because the itinerary is digital content made to measure for you and delivered at once. You confirm this before paying.
• If the file arrives with a defect that is our fault, for example if it does not open or is incomplete, write to contato@bombinhasoficial.com.br within 72 hours: we redo the itinerary or refund the amount.
• Nothing here removes the rights the law gives consumers.

Use of the file

• The itinerary is for personal use, on your trip. You may share it with the people travelling with you.
• Do not resell it or distribute it at scale. The selection, the text and the order of the places belong to Guia Bombinhas.
• Do not use automated means to order itineraries in bulk and do not try to get around the limits of the site.

Liability

We do our best for the itinerary to be useful and correct, but we are not responsible for changes in hours, closures, weather, accidents or decisions made from the file, within the limits of the law.
